Confirm voltage level: The nominal voltages of the BMS, inverter, and controller in the 24V/48V system are consistent, and their voltage ranges overlap.
Calculate the current parameters: BMS charging and discharging current ≥ the maximum current of the inverter/controller, with a margin of 10%–20%.
Unified communication protocol: Prioritize RS485 communication that supports Modbus-RTU, and set the same baud rate and address.
Calibrate protection thresholds: Set the BMS protection thresholds slightly stricter than those of the inverter/controller to ensure safe linkage.
On-site debugging and verification: After powering on, test whether the SOC display, charge/discharge switching, and fault protection functions are normal.
